Dear Edward, do you think that the row 66 in the sheet Project Finance Model (Approx CFADS) would affect significantly the LCOE if it included the interest expense (substracting)? Anyway, thank you very much for your great work and analysis!
I liked the rapid prototyping approach very much, it saves time that can then be spent on things like sensitivity analysis which is why the models are being built in the first place. A minor comment on the O&M expenses, I would expect them to be included in the EBITDA calculation which I guess would happen during a final check; the Sum column proves to be very useful to do just that as you have indicated. Keep up the good work :-)

Hi Ed, Thanks for the video I am using CFADS/Target DSCR to calculate sculpted repayments and Max debt possible What is we have 6 months of Grace period, and I want to use Grace period CFADS to increase the Max debt capability. Is it possible to do it ?
